Simple Water Evaporation Experiment Suggests Intentional Artificial Water Scarcity In California With Reservoir Black Balls

A simple experiment appears to prove that the millions of black balls dumped into Los Angeles reservoir, may likely create artifical scarcity.  This is in line with the dumping of water from reservoirs that happened over the past few years in California.  These strategies, along with chemtrails, and weather geoengineering, is creating an intentional drought in California including drinking water scarcity.
